In this conversation, Rich and I discuss what happened to him when his first marriage (with two children) came to an end.

There were a lot of common threads; big dreams to be one's own boss, build enterprises, have a house and a loving marriage.

But life doesn't always work out as planned, so when Rich "overflowed" it forced him to make some decisions that lead to a situation where his first marriage and second marriage became a blending act.

Above all, it gave me hope that - with the right choices - things can work out for the better - in life, in business, in love - even if you can't imagine they will.
